  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

    Trained with: CBT School

    ERP is the gold standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. It is also effective at treating anxiety disorders, phobias, and eating disorders. I will conduct an assessment and together we will collaborate on a hierarchy to address the behaviors that are keeping you stuck.

  • Brainspotting

    Completed Phases I & II with Pacific Trauma Center

    Brainspotting is a mind and body approach that helps you to process trauma, anxiety, negative emotions in a part of your brain that talk therapy can’t reach. I help you find a visual spot that allows you to access any memories or sensations stored in that part of your brain to promote it’s ability to heal. Leaving you feeling more regulated and less distress around distressing memories and unhelpful beliefs.

  • Mindful Self Compassion

    Completed the 8 week Mindful Self Compassion training created by Kristen Neff & Chris Germer.

    Learn techniques to become more mindful of your thoughts and physical sensations while disengaging from feelings of judgement or shame that keep you in unhelpful cycles.

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

    A structured, evidence based treatment for those who have experienced trauma or who struggle with symptoms like PTSD, depression, and anxiety. TF-CBT uses relaxation and regulation skills, trauma narrative development and processing, gradual exposure work, and preventative strategies to help you to cope with your traima, manage your symptoms, strengthen your support, and develop healthy coping skills.
