Currently I offer both in person and tele-health (virtual) therapy sessions in the state of California. Virtual sessions allow you to meet from the comfort of you own home. Meeting virtually can also be particularly helpful if you struggle with certain behaviors at home (such as meal times or compulsions).
My hours are:
Sunday 10AM - 4PM for in Person Sessions
Monday-Wednesday 11AM - 6PM for Virtual Sessions
My Office Address:
2599 E 28th St #206
Signal Hill, CA 90755

I recommend that we start with weekly sessions. Doing so allows us to get to know each other and I find it to be generally the most effective at helping you to meet your goals. However, should something happen in your life or, as you begin to feel more confident to transition out of therapy, we can discuss alternative scheduling options to support your needs.

Typically I offer weekly individual 50 minute sessions. Depending on how much support you need or if you would benefit from more intensive ERP or Brainspotting sessions, we may schedule a few longer sessions.
My fee is:
$200 per 50-minute session
$300 per 90-minute session$400 per 2-hour session
Please email me to inquire about sliding scale options as well as their availability.

While I do not accept insurance, if you have a PPO policy, I can generate a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance to request reimbursement of out of network paid services. I strongly recommend that you first confirm with your insurance what your out of network benefits are for behavioral health. Please also note that insurance requires a DSM-5 diagnosis which remains on your medical records & that insurance companies have the right to view your session notes to determine coverage.
-
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy meaning if you cancel before to the 24 hours we are scheduled to meet you will not be charged.
If you cancel within 24 hours of our scheduled session, you will be charged for the full session fee.

Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
