Trauma

Trauma can impact us in a variety of ways. Maybe it feels like it’s happening despite knowing that the event/s are over now. Maybe it shows up in distressing/intrusive thoughts or beliefs or in your body with aches or chronic pain that don’t seem to go away no matter how much talk therapy you’ve done. Maybe you feel frustrated or confused for why you feel angry or lost since you had all of your physical needs met. Maybe it isn’t about what did happen but it’s about what didn’t happen.
